1. SG60 Baby Gift Eligibility
a. Can I receive the SG60 Baby Gift before my child is born?
No. Parents are required to complete the birth registration for their child before they can proceed with the registration for the SG60 Baby Gift.
b. How many SG60 Baby Gift sets will a family receive if they have multiple births in 2025?
Each Singapore Citizen baby born in 2025 will be eligible for one SG60
Baby Gift.
E.g. Parents of twins or triplets are eligible for two or three Gifts
respectively and will need to register for each child.
c. I am a Singaporean living overseas and gave birth to my child in 2025. Is my child eligible for the SG60 Baby Gift?
Singapore Citizen babies born in 2025 to parents who are based overseas will be eligible for the SG60 Baby Gift.
Please note that the SG60 Baby Gift can only be delivered to a local Singapore address. Parents based overseas will need to provide a local address of a Singapore-based proxy for the Gift to be delivered to.
d. I am a Singapore Citizen, and my spouse and I adopted a foreign/local-born baby who was born in 2025. Is my adopted child eligible for the SG60 Baby Gift?
Your adopted child may be eligible for the SG60 Baby Gift if he/she is a Singapore Citizen or has applied for Singapore Citizenship. Please visit go.gov.sg/SG60BabyGiftRegand upload the relevant supporting documents for his/her eligibility to be assessed.
2. SG60 Baby Gift Items
a. What items are in the SG60 Baby Gift?

b. I have received the SG60 Baby Gift but have not received the SG60 Family Photobook redemption voucher. What should I do?
The voucher code will be sent to your registered email address within 5 working days after receiving the Gift. If you do not receive the email, please call 6735 6560 or email SG60BabyGift@noel.com.sg for our appointed vendor, Noel Gifts, to investigate the matter.
c. What is the exchange policy for the SG60 Baby Gift, if items are damaged?
Each SG60 Baby Gift comes with a 30-day warranty. If there are damaged items in the Gift when you receive it, you may contact our appointed vendor, Noel Gifts, at 6735 6560, or email SG60BabyGift@noel.com.sg with the following:

Our vendor will review and if needed, replace the item(s) within 5 working days after the review is completed.
3. Registration and Collection
a. When can parents register for the SG60 Baby Gift? Is there a deadline for registration?
To receive the Gift, parents will need to register for the Gift at go.gov.sg/SG60BabyGiftReg after completing their child's birth registration. Registration for the SG60 Baby Gift opens from 28 February 2025. Please note that the deadline for registration is 28 February 2026.
b. How will parents receive the SG60 Baby Gift? What are the collection modes available?
Collection at Community Events: Those who register for the Gift by 15 March 2025 will have the option of collecting their Gift at community events organised by the People's Association. The community events will be held over weekends in April and May 2025. Parents who are keen to attend the event can indicate their interest when registering for the Gift and they will be subsequently provided with collection details. For details of these events, please visit go.gov.sg/CelebratingOurFamilies.
Home Delivery: Parents will also have the option of receiving their SG60 Baby Gift via home delivery. Home delivery will commence from mid-May 2025. Parents who register for the SG60 Baby Gift after 15 March 2025 will receive their SG60 Baby Gift via home delivery.
c. What supporting documents should I prepare?
Parents are required to login via Singpass to register. Most parents will not have to submit supporting documents.
Supporting documents will only be required for the following:
1. SC child with Estimated Date of Delivery (EDD) in 2025 and not born in 2025:

2. SC child born overseas in 2025

d. I am a Singaporean and my child was born overseas. How do I apply for Singapore citizenship for my child? What supporting documents are required for registration for the SG60 Baby Gift from overseas?
Upon obtaining your child's overseas birth certificate, please submit the Singapore Citizenship application for your child to the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) here. After receiving your child's Singapore Citizenship certificate or Singapore Citizenship confirmation letter from ICA, please register for the Gift via go.gov.sg/SG60BabyGiftReg.
e. How will my and/or my child's personal data be protected?
To safeguard your child's and your personal data, our vendors will only have access to relevant data required for Gift fulfilment (e.g. delivery-related details). We have also worked with our appointed vendor, Noel Gifts, to ensure that all storage and transmission of personal data is secured with appropriate security encryption and protection.
4. Community Events
a. Where can I find details of the community events?
The list of community events is available at go.gov.sg/CelebratingOurFamilies.
b. Which community event should I attend?
Parents who have registered to collect their Gifts from community events will be invited to attend the community event taking place in their GRC/Division. They will receive an invitation (via letter, email or SMS) from the People's Association with the specific details of the community event about 2 weeks before the event date.
c. I have not received details about the community event. What should I do?
The People's Association will send an invitation (via letter, email or SMS) with the specific details of the community event in your GRC/division about 2 weeks before the event date. Please contact SG60_Baby_Gift@pmo.gov.sg if you have further queries.
d. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am no longer able to attend the community event. How can I collect my SG60 Baby Gift?
The Gift will be sent to you via home delivery. Our appointed vendor will reach out to schedule the delivery of the Gift after the event. Delivery is expected to commence from mid-May 2025.
e. What should I bring to collect the SG60 Baby Gift at the community event?
Please bring a digital copy of your child's Birth Certificate and your photo ID.
f. How can I arrange for someone else to collect the SG60 Baby Gift at the community event on my behalf? What documents are required?
Parents may appoint another person to collect the SG60 Baby Gift on their behalf. The appointed person must bring along his/her photo ID, and a digital copy of your child's Birth Certificate.
5. Home Delivery
a. My SG60 Baby Gift registration is successful. When will the appointed vendor contact me to arrange for home delivery?
Home deliveries will start from mid-May 2025. Our appointed vendor will contact you from May onwards to arrange for home delivery.
b. I missed the home delivery for the SG60 Baby Gift. Do I need to arrange for a re-delivery? Will the appointed vendor contact me to reschedule a delivery timeslot?
If you miss your home delivery, our appointed vendor will contact you within 3 working days to reschedule a delivery.
c. If I miss the re-delivery slot, what should I do?
We seek parents' understanding that there will only be one re-delivery attempt for each Gift. If you miss your re-delivery slot, our appointed vendor will contact you on the arrangements for you to collect the SG60 Baby Gift from their offices.
When self-collecting the Gift, please present the SMS appointment notification from our appointed vendor.
